Launching Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine finding tool during the pandemic

Challenge

Designing in the healthcare space meant balancing business objectives, real user needs, and rigorous medical and legal regulatory review. As public health priorities rapidly evolved, we had to pivot product strategy midstream, aligning cross-functional teams around a new vision focused on accessibility, clarity, and scale. The challenge was creating an experience that could serve millions of users while remaining compliant, trustworthy, and simple to navigate in moments of stress.

Outcome

We delivered a high-impact digital experience that enabled users to easily find and schedule COVID-19 vaccine appointments nationwide.

Building trust-driven financial tools for international family sponsors

Challenge

Pomelo’s core users were U.S.-based families financially supporting loved ones abroad through shared credit access. While motivation to help was high, user research revealed hesitation around transparency, control, and financial risk. Our challenge was to design trust into the experience — creating product moments that reassured sponsors while empowering recipients, all within the constraints of financial services compliance.

Outcome

We launched an iOS experience focused on visibility, control, and confidence-building interactions, helping families support one another with peace of mind. The product earned a 4.9-star rating on the App Store and contributed to Pomelo raising a $35M Series A by strengthening user trust and engagement.
